FishVille How To Avoid Messing Up Your Tank In Fishville
Playing FishVille on Facebook or Myspace?
Although FishVille is reasonably easy to play, some mistakes can cost you dearly. With all the choices of which cute fish to buy, keeping your fish alive, raising the fish, when to sell your fish, Sand Dollars, neighbors, and on top of that trying to do it all within the time you actually have to play the game you can see how you could easily make some mistakes.
I think FishVille is an amazing way to alleviate stress and just relax and have a good time. It is so much fun to set up your tank and then raise your exotic and colorful fish. It certainly saves you the responsibility and hassle of having a real aquarium and having to clean it and care for it constantly. Not to even mention the ridiculous expense of an exotic aquarium.
Still, even in FishVille you’ll have to put in a little effort and think through your purchasing decisions carefully, or you may become frustrated with the game. FishVille fish may be much lower maintenance than real fish, but they do still require you to feed them and generally maintain their environment. This does not involve nearly as much work as caring for real fish, but FishVille will become less enjoyable if you do not take your commitments seriously.
Are You Picking the Right Fish for Your Schedule
The most common mistake people make in FishVille is in choosing to raise fish whose needs require a greater time commitment than they are willing or able to make. In order to avoid the frustration that comes with repeatedly returning to a tank of dead, floating fish, you will need to make sure you know exactly how often you will need to get back to your tank in order to feed your fish. Therefore, figure out whether or not you will be able to meet that time commitment before you even get them.
We All Have Our Limits
It can be very tempting to choose to raise the fish that will get you the greatest bonus when you sell them in terms of coins and experience points. If you cannot take care of these fish well enough though, you will not get any benefit from them at all. You will be much better in the long run if you are honest with yourself and know your limitations, allowing you to choose the fish that will fit comfortably into your schedule. They may not be the best fish overall, but they will be the best fish for you. And that’s all that matters.
To Sell or Wait to Sell Your Fish
The best way to get behind early in FishVille is to sell your fish as soon as it is possible. You can sell your fish after they have completed one cycle of growth, but they will not be fully mature until they have completed several more. They will get you the maximum coin and experience bonus when you go to sell them, if you can wait until they are fully mature.
It can be very tempting to start selling your fish as soon as you are able because you want to get started on the next round, but you will get ahead much more quickly by waiting. Patience will get you far in this game, and while this can be hard to put into practice, you will be much happier in the long run if you do.
This game is not supposed to be stressful after all; it is supposed to be relaxing and fun. Don’t stress yourself out by thinking that you constantly have to buy fish eggs and sell off fish just to get ahead. You will have a much better time playing the game and be much more successful if you can just let yourself to sit back and enjoy watching your fish swim around once in a while.
