Gangster City Facebook Game Property Tips To Use Now
I am sure by now you have realized how important properties are in the Gangster City game. If not then you should! Make sure you are utilizing the properties available to you especially in the lower levels; Kick’s Café, Horse’s Head Bar and the Gates Motel all should not be over looked. Failing to buy and protect property will affect your game play as you move up the levels, and here is why.Â
Property that you purchase, maintain, and keep will make a big difference to:
- How successful you will be in the higher levels.
- Adding Associates
- Developing a larger cash flow
Failing to correctly manage your cash flow and properties early on in the game will make it harder for you to hold onto the properties in the higher levels.Â
How To Get Started With Gangster City PropertiesÂ
As I mentioned earlier in the Gangster City lower levels, you will have access to Kick’s Café, Horses Head Bar, and Gates Motel. You first will need available cash to buy the property you want and of course doing  jobs will get you the initial cash.Â
But, this is where the beauty of owning properties comes in, your new property will produce income for you. Of course, jobs will always be one of your best ways of making cash but properties are a great supplementary income.Â
- Properties pay out every 8 hours (after they are established)
- You must keep playing to keep your energy level up
- You need to login at least every 8 hours to collect your property cash earningsÂ
Upgrading Your Gangster City PropertyÂ
There are ways of increasing the cash you earn from your properties and one of the ways is by upgrading them.Â
When you first buy your property, it will be at the basic income level. Reinvesting in your property will eventually mean you will earn more cash from it over time.Â
For example, let’s say you have just purchased the Gates Motel.Â
Currently your Gates Motel will make you $1056 every 8 hours.
Spend say $25,710 at level 15 to upgrade your Gates MotelÂ
Your Gates Motel is now making $2678 every 8 hours
Level 24 upgraded again for $114,410Â
Your Gates Motel now making $5376 every 8 hours
See how the upgrading will make a huge difference to your cash flow. Every property in Gangster City will allow the same upgrades.Â
So make sure that as you level up, to set aside the cash you will need to make upgrades to your properties insuring you will be getting the higher income rates, providing you will a nice stash of cash.Â

Gangster City Balancing Your Income SourcesÂ
Seems nice and easy on paper but in reality this is a real balancing act between your income sources, reinvesting in properties, doing the jobs and logging in often enough to collect the cash.Â
Any Gangster City player who can correctly balance their game play will defiantly move up the levels faster and make more cash than those of you still flounder around without guidance.Â

FarmVille Comment Box Love It or Hate It Farmville Has A Comment Box

Farmville comment box arrived in the Farmville game in March and for some people there is a love hate relationship with this new feature. Find out some of the funny but real reasons people hate the comment box and why there are some benefits that should not be ignored.Â
Before the comment box arrived, we could communicate with other members by posting a sign. Sign posts are still available, but the comment box is designed to give us more options – perhaps too many.Â
FarmVille Comment Box | What Is It All AboutÂ
Just in case you missed it, your comment box is located on the upper right corner of your Farmville screen. When you click on it, you will see two tabs.
To post a message, type your note into the box above the comments and visits tab.
You can then either post the message to your comment box or as a sign post on your farm.
You do the same when you visit your neighbor’s farm except you also get the option for the comment to appear on their Facebook profile.
FarmVille Comment Boxes – Why do people hate them?Â
I have heard from a lot people complaining about the new FarmVille comment box and have listed some of the top reasons (sorry but I found some to be a little funny)Â
Well, I do agree with most of the complaints about the comment box. After all, it is big and there is now a sense of guilt when I pop in to see one of my neighbor’s farms and do not have time to do anything for them.Â
FarmVille Comment Box – Reasons To Maybe Love And Even Benefit From ThemÂ
Chat, chat, chat – of course, you could just chat away with your friends and neighbors, ask for gifts, discuss FarmVille tasks, post a message on your friend’s profile or to make it exciting for others you could fight with your ex.Â
If you have taken a break from Farmville and joined the real world for a short break, you can use your comment box to catch up on everything that had been happening while you were gone.Â
For me the best part is being able to see which neighbors did tasks for me. I can then visit them first and do a few daily tasks without wasting time on the ones that never help me.
Of, course you could use the new guilt feeling to your advantage by fertilizing the crops of a non helpful neighbor and see if shames them into helping you in return.
